 a></p>\n<p><strong>Young Adult Ministries (YAM) i</strong>s a Pan-Orthodox
  ministry for the young adult Orthodox in the Houston Texas area. Our miss
 ion is to cultivate and educate our young adults\, leading them to the ful
 lness of the Faith and likeness of God\; by utilizing the four circles of 
 Christian living\, Worship\, Fellowship\, Service\, and Witness\, young ad
 ults are integrated into the life of the Church enabling them to become ac
 tive members of the body of Christ.</p>\n<p><strong>Service Project at the
  Beacon Day Center:</strong> The Beacon is open every Friday\, Saturday\, 
 Sunday\, and Monday. More than 85% of Beacon services are operated by volu
 nteers. The Beacon serves approximately 600 clients daily and\, some days\
 , surpasses 750 clients. One of the most important services provided by Th
 e Beacon is case management. Our goal is to do more than simply feed peopl
 e and put them back on the street. The Beacon is helping clients identify\
 , locate\, and access services that can help them address the root causes 
 of their homelessness and begin the journey towards moving off of the stre
 ets and becoming self-sufficient. Case management guides clients through a
  complex system\, providing tools that ultimately lead to increased stabil
