 iety</strong>\, <em>St. Vladimir’s Seminary’s Pro Life group\, is hosting 
 a public lecture to be given by</em> <span style='text-decoration: underli
 ne\;'>Dr. H. Tristram Engelhardt</span>\, professor of Philosophy at Rice 
 University\, and professor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine\, bot
 h in Houston\, Texas. Titled “Preaching the Word of the Lord: Being an Ort
 hodox Christian in a Post-Christian Public Square\,” the lecture is schedu
 led to precede the Seminary’s participation in the annual March for Life i
 n Washington\, DC. The March is slated for Friday\, January 15\, 2013\, on
  the anniversary of the infamous Supreme Court case\, Roe v. Wade.</p>\n<p
 >In addition to his academic responsibilities\, Dr. Engelhardt is also a p
 opular lecturer\, and the author of several publications including The Fou
 ndations of Bioethics. He also contributed to a book of essays published b
 y St. Vladimir’s Seminary Pres\, titled Living Orthodoxy in the Modern Wor
