  Church\, October through December 2012.</p>\n<p>Beginning Saturday\, Octo
 ber 6\, 2012 at 5:00-6:30 pm<br />\nLocated in the Kindred Spirits classro
 om at First Baptist Church on Green Street</p>\n<p>The Service of Great Ve
 spers will be followed by Fr. Thomas Alessandroni presenting a question-an
 swer period and light refreshments will conclude the event.</p>\n<p>The Se
 rvice of Great Vespers is an offering of thanksgiving and supplication to 
 God as day fades to evening.</p>\n<p>Fr. Thomas Alessandroni is an Orthodo
 x Christian priest from St. Mary of Egypt Orthodox Church in Norcross. He 
 is currently serving the SS Peter and Paul Orthodox Mission\, which meets 
 on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at First Baptist. Prior to his Ordi
 nation in the Orthodox Church in America\, Fr. Thomas spent many years in 
 the field of mental health and continues to maintain a Christian marriage 
 and family<br />\ncounseling practice.</p>\n<p>An informal lecture series

 ors since 1991\, and converted to</p>\n<p>Orthodoxy in 2000 while serving 
 in Serbia. He and his family live in Lawrenceville\,<br />\nand he continu
 es as an active missionary in Eastern Europe and in the United States.<br 
 />\nTaylor is also the Lay Catechist for St. Mary of Egypt Orthodox Church
 \, and regularly<br />\nleads informal presentations on Orthodox topics at
