The Rev. Joshua Genig, Ph.D. will speak on the subject of “Mary & the Orthodox Woman”. Father Genig is assistant priest at St. Innocent Orthodox Church, Redford, associate professor of church history at Holy Apostles College and Seminary, Cromwell, Conn.; visiting professor of theology at Trinity College, University of Toronto; and adjunct professor of philosophy at Purdue University. He also serves as spiritual advisor to the Wayne State University chapter of Orthodox Christian Fellowship and as a chaplain for the Detroit Fire Department.

OCW was founded in 1993 to provide spiritually enriching and educational presentations and activities, to promote Orthodox unity, to provide opportunities for Inter-Orthodox fellowship, and to perform charitable works.
