WASHINGTON, DC – His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America met with U.S. President Donald Trump today. The Archbishop was warmly greeted by President Trump in the Oval Office at the White House. U.S. Vice President Mike Pence and Fr. Alexander Karloutsos were also present for the visit.

Mission accomplished! This is what the retirement of the aged Demetrios and the appointment of the young Elpidophoros was all about. Greece, now, has a dedicated, impressive and confirmed lobbyist in Washington. The new and upcoming policies to bolster the Hellenization of the GOA will just firm up that commitment.
We’ve made a few steps forward but now, sadly, we’re going to regress. Fortunately, in this country, there are options, and many of our young families have taking advantage of them and have moved on.
