Source: Russian Orthodox Church Department of External Relations On September 30, 2014, the Special Inter-Orthodox Commission for Preparing a Pan-Orthodox Council began its work at the Patriarchate of Constantinople’s Ecumenical Center in Chambesy near Geneva. The aim of the meeting was to edit the earlier adopted draft documents of the Holy and Great Council of the Orthodox Church.
