Source: Orthodox Church in America SYOSSET, NY [OCA] On Thursday, August 2, 2012, the All-American Council Management Team, the members of which were appointed by the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Orthodox Church in America, met to begin planning the 17th All-American Council. Chairing the meeting was His Grace, Bishop Michael, Temporary Administrator of the Orthodox Church in America. Archpriest Myron D. Manzuk, Council Manager, and Mr. Peter Ilchuk, Council Logistic Manager, discussed a variety of organizational requirements generally involved in planning a Council.
