Source: Orthodox Church in America His Beatitude, Metropolitan Tikhon, offered the invocation at the annual Rose Dinner, held at the Regency Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill, Washington, DC on Wednesday evening, January 22, 2014.
